SHIPPING POLICY

Sofi & Tefi Kids, uses the USPS postal services to make their shipments. We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. Sofi & Tefi Kids offers "free shipping" on orders of $ 100 or more.

We ask that you give us three (3) to five (5) business days to process your order. We will send a notification electronically, once the order is ready to be shipped. When we ship your order, you will receive the "tracking number" of your shipment.

All orders are processed from Puerto Rico, USA.

We will cancel an order more than 35 days from the day it was shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Boutique has limited amounts of inventory and styles. Due to these limitations, we cannot guarantee that we will always have the same product available in case of changes. We recommend that if you have questions about sizes, "fitting guides" and / or styles, please contact us, our online chat is available to help, or any of our social networks.

The easiest and safest way to get what you want is to return your item to us, once the return is accepted, we will send an electronic GIFT CARD for the total of your purchase and in this way you can make a new purchase.

For this, you have 72 hours after receiving your purchase and inform us of any situation with your order and request a return.
